Will I always have the same cleaner(s)?

 
We do our best to keep your cleaning team consistent. Even in circumstances where one of your regular cleaners is unavailable, we’ll send an excellent replacement and you can rest assured that one of our top-notch team leaders will check the work to make sure it meets our standards.

How will you get into our home or office?

 
This is up to you and should be established in our initial cleaning meeting.  You can leave us a key or be present to let us in, whichever you prefer.

What if you break something?

 
Maintaining long-term, trusted relationships is our priority. Accidents happen, and if we accidentally damage something, we’ll inform you immediately. We are fully bonded and will be responsible for any damage we cause.

What if something changed since the last time you cleaned?

 
Please let us know of anything that is broken, shouldn’t be cleaned or is new to your home so that we can treat it accordingly.

Do I need to spend time “pre-cleaning”?

 
You certainly don’t have to “clean for the cleaners.” However, if items such as clothes and toys are already put away, it often saves us time and reduces cost. We’re happy to take care of these things for you though!
